He also emphasized that these games matter and that the team has to “really bear down.”

Could Zack Wheeler eventually stay beyond 2027?

Wheeler has not committed to that outcome. His earlier “never say never” comment leaves the door open, but his current contract remains the clear framework for his future with Philadelphia.
