Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen Received the Ultimate Wedding Surprise

Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen tied the knot over the weekend, and their special day came with an unforgettable surprise.

On Saturday, May 31, the Buffalo Bills quarterback and reigning MVP exchanged vows with actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld during a beautiful ceremony at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California. The couple had only been engaged since November, when Allen proposed during the Bills’ bye week on a scenic California cliffside overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

While the festivities have wrapped up, the celebration continues back in Buffalo. Two local businesses—West Herr and Delaware North—honored the newlyweds with a thoughtful and public gift: congratulatory billboards. West Herr’s message appeared near the I-190, while Delaware North displayed theirs outside company headquarters at Delaware and Chippewa.

According to WGRZ, the billboards were “hard to miss,” giving Buffalo fans a fun way to recognize their hometown hero and his new wife.

After their engagement, Steinfeld shared Allen’s heartfelt thoughts in her Beau Society newsletter, where he gushed: “It feels unbelievable to be engaged to someone who is so special and loving and caring and gorgeous and fun and happy. I can keep going if you want me to keep going.”

Steinfeld also hinted at wedding plans, saying, “While I can’t wait to tell you more about the day and things we’re planning, I’m not ready quite yet. I have to hold this close for a little while longer.”

Meanwhile, back with the Bills, Josh Allen missed this week’s OTAs, but offensive coordinator Joe Brady had high praise for his quarterback. “Josh’s demeanor, his mindset—he’s as impressive as it gets,” Brady told the Bills’ website. “He’s hungry. He’s working to get better. That’s what makes him special.”

Brady acknowledged the team faces new challenges this season and emphasized the importance of focusing on the details: “You can’t assume you’ll pick up where you left off. What worked before might not be enough.”

Even while celebrating personal milestones, Allen’s drive for improvement—and Buffalo’s support for their QB—remains stronger than ever.
